Security Officer (1.0 FTE) – HR Ref No: HR 54/14

Salary: £19,652 to £21,078 per annum including London Weighting Allowance of £3,400 per annum.  In addition, an allowance of £2,043 per annum will be payable, for staff whose hours are subject to a shift pattern providing cover on a 24 hours a day, 365 days a year basis.

We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who will provide an efficient and effective security service across all campuses of the University and any other buildings or site from time to time used or occupied by the University or any of its constituent Colleges. 
A clean UK Driving Licence and a SIA Door Supervision Licence is required for this role.

You will need to be flexible over hours worked, which will include shift cover:
Typically 10 hours per shift, working 70 hours over a fortnight (14 days); which could be       50 hours week one, followed by 20 hours week two.
