• Maintaining a log of occurrences.
• Provide details of incidents to CCTV to record on VTAS system
• Direct and assist visitors.
• Accomanying duties, both internally within the premises and in support of objects transported by road where required.
• Locking and unlocking of offices as necessary.
• Checking of fire fighting equipment.
• Control of vehicles and parking.
• Monitoring and overseeing the effective performance of security equipment.
• Comply with and operate site security instructions and policies.
• Comply with and operate site emergency and Health & Safety procedures; respond as necessary to emergencies, including assistance to the emergency services in the event of fire/bomb threats.
