Control Room Security Officer
Permanent Position
We are looking to appoint a control room security officer for our client based in Glasgow.
· You will be responsible monitoring the CCTV system, operating equipment as trained, and report any per instructions.
· Maintain accurate records and logs within the Control Room.
· Develop and maintain good working relationships with both internal and external authorities (including emergency services) to ensure their continuing support, understanding and assistance.
· You will respond to any telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
· Monitor the visitors to the Control Room and to refuse entry to any unauthorised personnel.
· Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the Control Room at all times.
· The Control Room Operator is required to operate 12-hour day shifts, 07.00 to 19.00 on a rota basis.
You will be fully SIA licenced
You will have solid work experience working with CCTV and control rooms.
